"The furniture was old and torn. The curtains wouldn’t shut all the way. . The toilet wasn’t clean. Granted my room was next to the elevator but I heard every time the elevator was stopped on my floor."

"Overall, the staff was accommodating and courteous. However, a few issues detracted from the experience. The room door did not function properly, and the phone’s one-touch front desk button produced a disconnected signal. I reported these concerns to the front desk twice, but unfortunately, they were not resolved during my stay. Additionally, I suggest offering basic amenities such as bananas and in-room safes, which many guests consider standard. I would also strongly encourage the hotel to eliminate the use of Styrofoam products (plates, cups, etc.), as they have a significant negative impact on the environment."
