“We loved staying here. The hot tub was super clean, the property was quiet & lovely. The yard for the dog or fire pit was large & totally fenced in. You can tell the owner is very diligent keeping the fencing intact. The house is clean. There is an igloo which is really cool if the weather is bad & you want to be outside. I was concerned about spiders etc because it really is in the woods, but it was not a problem, in fact all I saw was 1 fly & he probably came with us from GA! You will not be……

“This property is owned by a larger management company. So had more hoops to go through after the reservation done here. Fill out an application AND send picture of ID. A few days prior to check in, got a text of the house manual. It was a ton of rules of things NOT to do and specific instructions about the hot tub. Except for one thing. If you plan to use the hot tub, you may want to check and increase the temp. Wife and I went in first night there and was like warm. It was set at 90\. Am that’s……

“We had a great time at Riverview Retreat! The house was perfect for our group and offered beautiful views. We especially loved the fireplace and all of the amenities they had available. The hot tub code was missing from the manual so we weren't able to use it on our first night and the spiral staircase was pretty intimidating for the weather we had. Heed the warnings about needing four wheel drive in the winter for the driveway. I was thankful there wasn't snow as it would have been scary to……
