“My wife and I were at the Wolf Pup cabin for approximately 20 minutes total… after driving 3 hours. When we arrived, there was mouse poop all over the bed and dead cockroaches scattered on the bottom floor. We called the host and stated we would not be staying here, to which he replied “that’s odd, the exterminator was there on Monday.” It was absolutely disgusting. Since we arrived at 6:30 pm, there was no where available nearby… all lodges, cabins, and hotels were booked. We had to drive an……

“When we arrived, they had a water leak due to some frozen pipes. Absolutely not their fault. Call them. We’re able to get into another one of their properties within 20 minutes. They were very gracious and accommodating. We really appreciated it as it was getting later in the evening.”
