“First: The pet room smelled of STRONG vinegar. Then, the front desk approved a late check out at breakfast for my wife because we arrived in middle of the night and I got a call from someone grumpy saying they guess they would “let” us leave late—so who knows what happened there. It was weird, the smell was overwhelming, and it had rotten crusty ice cream in the freezer.”

“The rooms were clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, typical. Coffee was meh. The beds squeaked so every time I moved, it would wake me and my husband up, though we did not sleep well regardless. Our biggest gripe was the lawnmower at 7:30 am. That was ridiculous. It may have been the mall beside, but that doesn’t matter, we still lost valuable rest we needed to travel home the next day. The property managers need to speak and get that addressed.”

“The room was absolutely disgusting. We came in to a pizza roll in the middle of the floor. The floor was not mopped or swept. Bed was very uncomfortable. The screen was broke as well as the blinds.”
