“We LOVED the eclectic feel and the view!”

“Absolute cute place to stay! It looked newly remodeled and not in a too modern fashion. It was extremely clean and very cozy. The parking is alittle tight which caused one of our guest not to be able to stay with us. The surrounding neighbors were nice and quiet and we had plenty of privacy. The price was good however we found similar places cheaper but very happy we stayed there. The view was beautiful! A little grill to be able to cook out would make a nice add on. We did have issues with……

“Hubby and I celebrating our 35th anniversary. The location was private, quiet and mere feet from the water. The house was charming and exactly what we needed. We had fun exploring the Kitty Hawk and Virginia Beach area. The screen porch provided great protection from the insects while allowing the sounds of the water to lull you into relaxation. ”

“Best weekend! We rented Driftwood Point for a family wedding. The home and the view did not disappoint. The home was nicely decorated, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was nicely appointed. “My husband and I lived in EC for decades, and needed a place to stay while visiting friends for a couple days. I was happy to find this second floor unit which has a a half-bath, kitchen, living room, and a small deck off the living room on the first floor, and two bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. We found everything clean and tidy. We did not have an opportunity to do any cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, but everything looked clean and in good working condition. We slept very……

“We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, and the host was very responsive to messages. It’s a beautiful location on the water with kayaks and a paddle board provided. Our dogs loved roaming the property and the neighbors are all very nice and welcoming. The highlight was watching the sunsets out on the dock. We would highly recommend!”

“They didn't tell me they had somebody living on site until I was on my way there, between midnight and 2:30 a.m., because I told them I would be late, getting there.There was somebody else there when I got there in the room that I was supposed to be in, plus the person that lives on site.The key was where it was supposed to be, but the outside door was locked, and I rang the doorbell several times, and contacted the host, by calling and sending messages, and I still had to wait about 20 minutes……

“We absolutely loved the hot tub on the second story back porch. It faced the yard, not the canal. The place was cozy for two people but no more. There is an induction plate to cook on, so we brought our non-stick induction pan to make life easy. We loved hanging in the hammock in the porch area. We also enjoyed setting on the bench overlooking the canal. Take the exit by the fire station to find the place easily. The flashing tower is a great landmark close to the accommodation.
