“Initial room I was given was horrendous! Hada strong smoke smell, dirty carpet/sofa and filthy bed sheets. Used needles were on the ground outside. Was going to leave and just go to a different hotel, however got pressured to try a different room and was given a "premium" room. Looked recently-ish renovated, had a laminate floor, 2 dinner table style chairs (with no table). Bathroom was still grungy and between the tiles in the shower was partially coloured with sharpie.
