"We booked this property on the 2nd of April through expedia. The stay was for 4th of April. We recieved a message from Cortney on 3rd with a better offer to relocate us to Sister Property at Tunnel Mountain. When we called the front desk later, we were greeted very nicely by Keiran. He informed us that due to some glitch in system the Rocky Mountain resort was overbooked and he offered us a better propery at Tunnel mountain resort. We accepted the offer. Keiran also allowed us access to the hot tub and pool at both the properties. Hence, we loved our stay at tunnel mountain resort and enjoyed amazing amenities at both the properties. "We enjoyed our stay. Our room wasn't large..but it definitely was cosy, clean and so very quiet! We didn't even hear the thunderstorm raging throughout the night."

"Hotel is fine. I had hoped for some late night dining options where I had a late arrival and it was connected to a casino, but none were available. Rooms are ok without being anything special. Pool was closed for our visit which I didn’t know until after booking. "

"Great checkin, clean comfortable room, friendly staff. Restaurant staff in the morning were not quite as welcoming but in no way rude, perhaps just busy. The Pinnacle Harbourfront will always be my go to for stop overs on my way to the Island"

"I was not happy at this hotel, I made a reservation for 5 people and they gave me a room with only 2 beds and said that 3 people had to sleep on a bed because they didn’t provide a pullout couch. Super uncomfortable. Then our reservation said that it included passes for the water park and they said no that it was separate and we had to pay for admission to the park. The reservation said that it included breakfast, nope, we had to pay for breakfast. Then they put us in a room next to an elevator and we couldn’t sleep at night with the noise from the elevator. They put 4 towels in our room knowing there were 5 of us and they only came to clean our room once during our 4 day stay. Not happy."
