Caton Condominium Resorts to Rent

Very nice place to stay. Rooms had a lot of room instead of the regular hotel rooms. Very clean and staff were very nice.

Very clean and the outside was very maintained. Beautiful landscape and nice setup.

Our stay was very interesting, to say the least. First, the hotel was very nice and the entire staff was very professional, pleasant, and went above and beyond. Second, but more importantly, I want to tell you that ‘Sandy’ was outstanding and very thoughtful. On Sunday, 06/22/25, during the evening hours, my husband experienced the onset of his first kidney stone, which led to an ambulance ride to a local hospital. Sandy was a tremendous help to me during this time by handling the logistics...

Loved the whole facility. Only thing I would like to see different is the breakfast menu changed up a little.

We stayed on 5th floor for 2 nights. Love the water creek sound. 2 King beds are comfy. good breakfast. they have two buildings. The 5 floor building is on the other size of river/ cross away from the river. if you want to stay close to the swimming pool and breakfast area/ front desk building, pick the queen size beds.

ALSOME PLACE TO STAY

This a great budget Family friendly place. Peaceful Riverside with beautiful view. This will be our go to place from now on.❤️ ThankYou

We had a great time! Staff was very friendly and accommodations were clean. My daughter accidentally left her ta let and they called and we were able to go back and pick it up!

Extremely clean and comfortable. Eggs and sausage included with breakfast. Enjoyed our stay.

Outdoor pool was perfect! Great access to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast options were ok but could have been better. Rooms were great but could have been a little bigger along with the bathrooms. We will definitely stay here again.

The manager was awesome!! Many of us were displaced/evacuated from our rental cabins due to Forrest fires and she worked over time taking in people. She was very helpful and looked like she takes care of her staff; she was helping them out and making sure they were okay since this was an unexpected, stressful event for all.

A good hotel.

Older hotel but very clean and nice staff.

We loved it was so close to the Island and other shopping areas that we could walk.

Tiny home was amazing and cozy and clean!!

After reading tons of reviews for hotels in the area we picked this one. It had everything we wanted indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Lazy river was a bonus! We stayed 5 nights. Room with kitchenette area and balcony overlooking the pools and mountains. Great free breakfast every morning including biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs, waffles, fruit, yogurts and more. The staff were all super nice. Property was all well kept. The price was very budget friendly. Right off the main strip with...

Excellent time, will be booking again. Only complaint was the pillows on the bed!

Great room. Very spacious and nicely laid out. Very comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower. Definitely recommend this hotel. One of the best ones I have stayed in out of my 23 years of travelling.
