“This was our first time at Isle of Palms and we love the convenience of this condo. It was walking distance from all of the shops and restaurants in Isle of Palms. The private pier was nice, and the beach access was convenient as well. We do plan on returning to Isle of Palms And would likely choose this condo again, if it is available. ”

“Excellent location. Very safe feel to the whole property. Loved how close it was to the beach. Felt very comfortable letting kids run and play. Very roomy for a family of seven. Loved that all rooms had their own bathroom with two of three bedrooms opening to the balcony overlooking the ocean. Only thing that could make it better is if the pool was heated and they added a hot tub somewhere on the property. But we would definitely stay again. LOVE LOVE LOVE the location”

“I was charged for damage that absolutely was not there when we checked out. I suppose in the future I need to take a video walk through before I check out. The master bedroom had protective edging on a corner wall that would repeatedly fall off. I would simply place it back on the corner using the baseboard as leverage. “Came for a long weekend as we were in town to see Dave Matthew’s. Wanted to be out of downtown and relax. This was a great space!! Away from the crowds at beach but a mile from the beach! “We had a wonderful week on Folly. We’ve been coming to Folly Beach for over 15 years. The weather was perfect, was able to do some inshore fishing. We stayed at Charleston Oceanfront Villas. “We had the BEST stay here! The unit was amazing- spacious, spotless, fully stocked kitchen and all around perfect! You can’t beat the location and the views. “Our family typically rents a house on IOP for a week but this year only two of us were going. We searched for a while and found this space. It was perfect for two people. Great location, comfortable bed, good AC, and quiet. Was worried we’d have loud neighbors but that wasn’t the case at all. The only thing I would caution folks on, is that we had large suitcases that wouldn’t fit in the small closets so we had to sit them on the bunk beds that we weren’t utilizing. Great place overall though...
