“The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and nicely furnished The outside of the property is old and needs updating. The only bad thing about my stay was the traffic noise from outside. A loud motorcycle came in around 3:00 a.m. and woke me. Then it started up again around 3:30 a.m. and woke me again. If traffic noise doesn’t bother you it is a great place to stay.”

“Exactly what we were looking for, Jillian was excellent at communicating and responding to questions and helpful with ideas. The house was accommodating for our group of 4 men on a fishing trip to Lake Norris it was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Wit all lake properties in the area stairs are always an obstacle but the path from the parking area to the porch was a blessing as I’m a disabled Vet but was able to manage without any problems. “This place was nice for a quick weekend lake trip. The proximity to the boat dock was clutch. There were window AC units in the living room and master bedroom which was nice, but the bunk room was pretty hot. However, the host had a bunch of box fans in the unit that made it completely fine. It served our needs perfectly for a weekend spent out on the water. ”

“We booked for 2 adults and 5 children. Only one of our children was short enough to sleep on the couch that was advertised as being the 7th place to sleep. It is not long enough or wide enough to accommodate most full size adults (back cushions are sewn on and can't be removed). The air mattress was missing the pump to inflate it, and only 5 towels were provided. The hosts quickly supplied a new air mattress and additional towels.
