“Property was very dated. The chain continuously came off the toilet causing the water to run. Water backed up in the tub during the showers and would not drain. Reception clerk stated yes we know we have been having problems. We are planning on being updated. We were to have a continental breakfast. There was coffee and tea only. Sheets had staining. “I was hopeful based on recent reviews but wound up quite disappointed. Our FIRST room seemed nice, clean and updated. The mattress proved very old and my wife and I both clung to the edges to keep from falling into the center hole from a very worn mattress. The pillows were also nice looking but so thick none of us could use them under our heads to sleep. The second night, when it was very hot and humid, we noted the room seemed very warm. We tried adjusting the thermostat and waited an……

Called the check in number and was helped by a very understanding person who made it possible to stay that night. After a long day of traveling this was a wonderful outcome. Room was clean and plenty of towels to go around.”
