They gave us great instructions on how to get to & into the property, checked in with us along the way to ensure we were enjoying our stay, and wished us well after check-out. The building's common area is nice and bright, on a quiet street in Printer's Row. The apartment is an end unit on the top floor, so it was quiet and private. Great stay. Great hosts."

The included parking space worked out perfectly, leaving the Outback and taking Uber just once during our two-day stay, staying within the Lincoln Park area. "From a failed lock that would not open with the correct code at 10:30 at night and it taking 30 minutes and 8 phone calls for someone to answer, to the multiple stained sheets and beds that are clearly not as advertised - (1 queen, 1 full and 2 twin) - to the missing light bulbs in the rooms and stairwell... I could go on. Again - avoid at all costs."
