“This was pure paradise. The staff makes you feel like you are at a Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton property and they take all-inclusive to a whole new level. Their tagline should read “anything, anytime”! Whether it is the 24 hour room service, the donuts for the kids at the pool, to the top shelf everything, this resort is well worth the money. The pools are always clean, the property is impeccable and the food in the restaurants we top-notch. Who can beat Tattinger Champagne for lunch for your……

“It is a beautiful property! Waking up to the ocean view everyday was magical. The rooms and hotel were decently clean. The buffet food is okay, could use improvement. The hours of the bar and restaurants are quite limited. Not much options for a late night. The adult pool area and the jacuzzi was great! - the pool could use a heater as it was quite cold so not everyone stayed in for long. Our one major disappointment was it was our honeymoon and we advised the hotel resort ahead of time. They……

“We enjoy the unlimited buffet brunch provided by the hotel. Food quality and quantity are both above average. Parking at hotel is not a big issue, although it’s free to park on the streets around the hotel, but it took us a while to find a parking space. And the gym in the hotel on the ground floor is very simple, not much equipment can be used although the space is big.”

“如果鄰近地區都沒有房，那屈就一下住一晚吧!浴室:手提花灑喉是破的，熱水用用吓會變涼。没有動水制。餐廳:作潮水式管制，要排隊，在餐廳門口。食物:非常差，我見到有烏蠅飛舞。但不想說太多，但最重要是對亞洲人面孔，是愛理不理，令你感覺不舒服，如不相信，親身感受一下好嗎？”

“We were greeted with a complimentary drink on arrival which was very welcome after a flight delay of an hour and a half! Smiling and helpful staff at reception and made us feel very confident we’d be taken care of. Only very slight niggle in room was lack of drawer space but other than that beds comfy and little chocolates left on pillows a lovely touch also the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom and shower room. “Very nice place to stay! Just across the street from the beach. Nice pool. Mini kitchen in the room that make it all easier. Well recommended and we will go back!”

“The property is in a quiet location, welcoming staff at the beginning. Alejandro was great as he arranged our reservations and suggested places to go to. Ropm service qas horrible, wr lacked tissue (napkins), water refill, mini bar refill, and coffee cups for the first 3 nights. It went horrible from the day after. Bar staff were moody at times, and sometimes they were good. Horrible housekeeping, and reception on receiving calls from my room. Major adjustment needed to reach hospitality……

Estragou nosso café da manhã. De restante todos os outros funcionários foram excelentes, o senhor da recepção foi bastante simpático e prestativo nas explicações.”

“Good location. just 3 mins walk to Old Town. Parking fee around 14 Euro per night, reasonable. We stayed in Room with sea view, Room and Bathroom were large, comfortable stay! Breakfast buffet was great with various selection. We choose the seat at outdoor with tent covered. We enjoyed the seaview so much”
