“Although the staff was helpful, the establishment was not what was pictured. The toilet in the bathroom didn't work. The pool, which is the main reason we booked this hotel, was not working. Neither was the hot tub. When asked if we could use the amenities, we were denied. I couldn't wait to leave. This was to be a fun filled weekend for my children at Busch Gardens.”

“Staff was super nice. Room smelled funky, almost like the sheets and blankets hadn't been washed in a year.”

“Rooms were dirty, front desk not helpful, breakfast was abysmal.”

“The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and the location was perfect for our trip. The kids loved the pool and arcade.”

“The property was nice. The room was clean. When entering the room the temp was set high and it was a hot summer day so that takes time to try to cool off. I found the bistro to be misrepresented and the staff were difficult to order from and said they did not have items like water of all things and had a huge board advertising a special which the staff person said I don’t know about that only the manager does so we don’t have it. Parking is expensive be prepared to pay and not have a close spot.……

“The bathrooms have issues”

“We were in a room on the first floor and the smell was horrible! It smelt like cat urine in the hallways and in our room. You could also smell some sort of chemical that was fairly strong from the maintenance being done. There was stuff all over the floor in the halls as well. We could hear everything out in the hallway, and above us. Overall, if the smells weren’t so bad and the noise level wasn’t bad then it would be decent. The bed was comfy but not worth the money.”

“Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The only thing is that if you leave something on your bed, the housekeeper is not allowed by the local law to touch it.”
