“Right in the center of everything. This is an older style inn which suited us fine. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and well appointed. The inside courtyard provided a communal space to sit and relax, read or have a quick bite. This is by the main street but the rooms don't face directly on it so are fairly quiet but you do get some noise. Overall a great place to stay.”

“My family (2 adults 2 children) and I stayed at the Cottonwood Best Western hotel during our Spring Break (April 6-10). We loved the convenience of the location being only a short drive (about 25 minutes and no traffic) to Uptown Sedona. The included free breakfast was definitely one of the factors we took into consideration when choosing our lodging and we’re glad we chose this hotel! We also loved that the entire property is smoke-free! Unfortunately housekeeping wasn’t the greatest as we……

“Check in was a nightmare. Waited 1/2 hr to even get to the desk. I had reserved 2 places for our family of 7 members months in advance. We were separated roads apart. They cared less about trying to put us together. Ashley at the front desk was rude and abrupt. No directions on the place - so we didn’t know our second bedroom was across a “bridge”… they try selling you a timeshare type thing that delays you even more - have to wait to talk to them to get your parking pass. Not a good experience……

“The room is not as expected. It was dirty; gum stuck on the floor, stained coffee pot and the bathroom window was open letting bugs in. ”

“The neighborhood did not seem safe. We didn't go out to walk our dog due to concerns on the neighbors and the surrounding houses. The house itself was fine - smelled a bit musty, and the beds were not great. Had the basics of what we needed. TV and Wifi were in and out. We would not stay here again. ”
