“It was just an OK stay being that we traveled 16 hours. Our bedding didn’t smell clean or fresh and the mattress had a dip which irritated our backs and the shower floor had a big hump in the center. We asked if we could get our rooms switched and all we were offered was to get our mattress flip. We stuck it out up to our departure. The good part of it was housekeeping was kind enough to switch out our bedding and clean our room.”

“This is an old hotel and needs updating. Communication needs a lot of improvement. I booked this hotel on expedia. The did not mention that the room I booked was not in the hotel building but instead was a motel room. I would not have booked it if I had known. When I asked for a room inside, they said they were full. In addition, the room had an odor. It seemed like cigarette smoke but might have been something else. The sheets were worn and yellowed in spots. I called the front desk to……

“Unique hotel for business travelers. Built in a defunct shopping mall. The hotel is spacious and welcoming. Staff are very friendly and professional wanting to please in every way..”

“The house was clean and fresh looking. Rooms were neat and beds were very comfortable. Dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, and stove -- all in good condition. Bathrooms were clean and towels were provided. Warm welcome sign, and the guest WiFi proved to be easy to access. ”

“The property was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very courteous. There was a lot of construction behind the property, and some construction noise early in the morning. The bathroom door was a sliding door that had a big gap & did not provide privacy. The door was also scarred at the bottom & needed repair & paint. An area on the bathroom wall had been repaired, but not painted. ”
