"I have stayed in my fair share of properties, and I can easily say that this is the best one by far. Bedroom/comfort - While this is certainly a "no frills" type of rental, you won't be left wanting for much. The main bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door. The main bedroom has a queen bed with plenty of spare linens for any warmth level you'd like. The living area has a futon that can be converted into a second bed if you wish. "This was perfect for a short weekend getaway with my wife and our small dog. It was a short walk to downtown or NAU campus, which was really convenient. The small yard had enough room for my dog to quickly do her business. The loft was clean and bright and was just the right amount of space for us. Check in and check out were smooth, and the property manager was clear in all communications. We will definitely stay here again for future trips!"

"Erin’s home made our stay absolutely amazing. The house cat was waiting in the window to welcome us. The home was decorated for Christmas and was so adorable. The beds were super comfy with plenty of blankets. And the star of the show was the amazing hot tub and gorgeous backyard! 10/10 stay, the entire home was extremely clean and homey. Going to miss the cat re-run the most!!!"
