“Staff were super friendly and the checkout time is great if you like to sleep in a little, but the elevators are horrible. Long waits for them and tiny spaces making it hard to even get in when you finally get one if you can get in at all. We did have to walk up the stairs at one point from the ground floor to the 18th and it was killer. Overall a great place but elevators need to be more efficient”

“隔音很差，隔壁電視跟聊天聲音聽得一清二楚；淋浴間的門會刮傷腳跟；四人房只附兩個漱口杯跟2瓶水；但是飯店地點很方便，床還算舒適，雖然偶爾會遇到枕頭套上有污漬，淋浴間水很小，但整體還算不錯。”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”
