“I don't like the fact that you pay an additional 29.95 a day resort fee and then have to pay $25 a day to reserve a lounge or cabana by the pool. Pool is tiny. TV streaming was stopped working. They sent someone did not solve problem. This is a very cool hotel. The stall was super nice. I liked that they give you a $15 dollar credit for the mini bar if you skip the room cleaning. ”

“Rooms were perfect, clean with comfortable beds and plenty of siting room in the living area. All top shelf appliances and fixtures. Located within walking distance to Bourbon, Frenchman streets and the waterfront. Very close to WW 2 museum which I highly recommend seeing. Staff was very responsive to any questions and requests. A great place to stay for a little peace and quiet after a day and evening downtown.”

“I had a 6 day stay and housekeeping never came to my room. The font desk staff was friendly. However I requested housekeeping on 2 separate occasions yet no one came to clean my room ”

“We reserved a room with king bed. But we were assigned a room with 2 double beds. The staff said it’s because we made the reservation on third party app and there was no available king bed. But I remember the prices for king bed and double beds are different. The king bed was higher. And when we asked the front desk if we can switch to a king bed room after the first night should it be available, the staff said “it will be a busy weekend. Why do you guys want a king bed room??
