"TV never work"

"This property needs serious upgrades. I didn't get pictures which I should have. "

"Breakfast could use some help. We were the second set of people to be there,( we eat early) and our eggs were cold and so were the grits. Also we fought the mattress cover all night. The staff put a queen size on a king so it kept coming off. When we requested a change from the cleaning staff on our floor. it will be done and there was never done. I went down to request from the front desk because it was a very busy rodeo weekend. It was a very long line and I didn’t have time to wait but I would try to call her down to the front desk. I would get a busy signal so we dealt with it. we tried the front desk first, and then we tried the cleaning staff.."

"Enjoyed my 2-night stay at Le Meridien hotel. It's a great place to stay! The hotel is in a clean, great location with fantastic customer service. The staff were awesome and friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious."

"A day before our check in, I called the hotel and notify them for our late check in. We check in around 8:30pm and they gave us a dirty room, not clean at all. Towels and sheets are all over and chairs are covered with white sheet, bed sheet crumpled. I called front desk but no one answer and end up went to the front desk to report, I was so disappointed with their service."
