“The check-in counter was inside a small window with glass (so a glass-room !!). There are not enough facilitated inside the room and I ask for an hot-pot (boiled hot water) but the lady refused. She gave me the wrong room with single bed which is other's name, but changed after we (2 persons) told her. ”

“Excellent breakfast menu, and employees very friendly and helpful. Very popular place so book early seem to be a lot of children using the pool, but it didn’t bother me as I did not use the pool. Pool is heated and would be a relaxing place turn off hours. In the same parking lot is an Anthony’s pizza which is very popular and an excellent choice to grab something quick and not have to drive.”

“Staff was rude and impatient. My husband and I felt that we were being treated unfairly and racist because #1 we paid for a king bedroom with a sofabed and they put us in a 2 queen bedroom on the 3rd floor. When we got to the room and noticed that it wasn't what we paid for, we called the front desk and told them and she was very rude and trying to rush us off the phone. You couldn't understand what she was saying because her English wasn't understandable. So we went downstairs to let her know……
