“Check in is at 3pm but was not able to check in until 4:23. When we finally got in to the room there was still hair and stuff all over the floor. Had to have them come back to clean it. Staff didn't seem to think it was an issue that our room wasn't even ready and they were very rude to a group of kids that were there. Overall would never go back to this hotel.”

“The breakfast is the worst around. Holiday inn Express has the best breakfast around. They try to charge locals $150.00 deposit.after you pay on the app. I would choose a different hotel next time I suggest you do the same ”

“Breakfast is good and the staff is great. Our sink was dirty with a ring of black built up gunk around the drain. That doesn’t happen overnight. The rest of the room was fine. ”

“We had a very fast check in and check out. Rooms were clean. A little outdated but better than a lot of the other hotels we saw available. The pool was very large and nice! Very clean. I location is perfect. So many food choices around. We LOVED the complimentary breakfast. So many options and it was food to keep you fuel. It was better that high end continental breakfast options we have had previously. We were really blown away by it. We would stay again. ”

“The room, bed and bathroom were clean. The pillows were awful. Staff only interacted with required conversation, and the free coffee in the morning was gross. There were people drinking & partying and vehicles loitering all night, it didn’t feel safe at all. Top it off the curtains were short and the room was lit up all night from the lights outside. Not a good experience at all ”

“I stayed at Super 8 by Wyndham in Waynesburg, PA from April 24–26 and had a very disappointing experience. I booked through Expedia based on photos that showed a clean, well-kept room. I paid $224 for two nights with two beds while traveling for work in Greene County. The reality was completely different. Check-in required using a filthy lobby phone to reach the owner, which immediately raised concerns. We were placed on the third floor with no elevator, making it difficult to carry heavy……

“The furniture and the thermostat are broken. Moth are functional but physically broken. The tub in the master bathroom had a scum on all surfaces. The sliding deck doors don’t lock but were secured with boards in the slide rails. The fridge was functional but extremely load.”
