From the valet, checking in, housekeeping, the restaurant servers, and management are all caring, friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice people. Special touches are left in the immaculate rooms, as well as, recognition in the hotel restaurant, Luminosa, for for special occasions like birthdays and anniversarys. Love the beverage station on each floor and fascinating historical notes for the hotel restoration. For a former……

Great location, style and personality (scent!), lobby, staff, valet guys are awesome!, Bars are great, coffee shop is great, gym is only okay….views of the parking lot aren’t great—which is what suites have so not ideal….views out the front onto the street are better but can be loud. Breakfast basket is such a nice touch! Love this hotel!”
