“Enjoyed our 1 night stay”

“Michelle at the front desk was sooo friendly and helpful!! The air conditioner in the building was also amazing.”

“Only one light in the room worked. Had to use the flashlight on my phone to find that light. The lobby was messy. The stairwell was messy. However, the room was clean . There was a strong odor of spicy food throughout. People are permanently living there. I will not return.”

“Overall not bad for the price ( I used Expedia) and pretty much what I expected. The lounge chair needed a good steam cleaning and the floor better mopping but otherwise acceptable. On a down note the night desk never did pick up my call from the room phone as I had a question to ask so that was irritating. The complimentary breakfast was also as expected with the usual waffles, cereals, muffins, juices and fruits but as with so many hotel chains now the half fake powdered eggs are horrible. I……

“pictures uploaded online are completely different parking lot, pool chairs, and rooms they’re the same but they’re definitely not cleaned well or well maintained and everything could use a pressure wash the rooms are a bit dirty and have a little smell to them, tv was blue and they would t do anything to try and resolve it after we found out the microwave didn’t work either but they did fix that quickly but we were SOL on tv and a cleaner room. the only thing really new looking in the rooms is……

“The hotel had mold on the ceiling in the bedroom 3rd floor, no ventilation in the bathrooms, stain on bed sheets had to call to chg. Not much going on around hotel.”

“I’m satisfied with the say except that the elevator was not working during our stay. But the staff was really helpful in helping with carrying our luggage yo 3rd floor and car.”
