“We needed an inexpensive place to sleep, the price was right. They are renovating and we ended up with white paint ALL OVER our car! Looked liked someone shook a paint brush out with extreme prejudice. Room was clean.”

“When I entered the lobby, it said to ring the bell, so I did. No response or nothing and the bell was more of the thud than a ring, so I did it again. The Yelled Response was "Just a minute" The hotel was clean and there appeared to be some amenities; but it is old and needs updated. I think you can find better hotels. Also do not confuse this with the Best Wester of the same name. Why is up with that anyhow?”

“The breakfast area could have been tidied up. But this is a utilitarian stop in rural Oregon. The restaurant in the same parking lot is good.”

“The pool was ice cold, spa a little too warm but complaint was really the pool! Indoors but cold as ice . The rest of the hotel was great!”

“Cute place. Very clean. Had all the usual utensils and such. Very pet friendly. Will stay there next time we’re in Burns.”

“Exactly what we expected. Super friendly host. Great set up for private enjoyment. To camp on the edge of a dry lake in the middle of nowhere is a truly unique and inspiring experience. We will likely do it again.”

“Excellent communication and an easy check in and out. Host really goes out of her way to make a happy guest. My only comment would be the beds are a bit stiff. That’s a personal thing and would not deter me from coming again. I also want to add that as small as this place is it gives a larger feel and is very comfortable. ”
