“The staff at the time was not present at the front desk upon arriving. We had to wait. When it came time to check in the employee said our room was booked by someone else and If we had gotten there earlier we would have our room. He was gunna put is in another room, which was smaller, for $2 less. There was no way in accommodating my family. Left at 10pm to find another hotel. Still have not recieved a refund.”

“I enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Pyramid North very much! Rooms were spotless, and the staff was courteous. The gym was the best gym I've ever seen in a hotel: two rooms with six treadmills, top-quality ellipticals, weights, etc. Comfy sitting area in the lobby and free newspapers. I loved the shampoo, conditioner, and dispensary in the showers, which is environmentally friendly. The bed was a little too soft for me, but I like firm mattresses. The only complaint is that coffee at breakfast……

“the only elevator working was loud and scary with a total of a 4 person capacity. being on the 6th floow was not fun when needing to go down. especially if multitple people are waiting for the elevator. the water of the pool was not clear and was questionable. the room was dusty and not very clean.”

“I stayed at this hotel while attending a volleyball tournament with my niece because it was conveniently located about five minutes from both tournament venues. When I arrived around 1 PM, I asked about the possibility of early check-in. I was told early check-in was not available, but the front desk kindly gave me my room key so I could go directly to the room later that evening after the tournament, which I appreciated. Before leaving for the tournament, we briefly went upstairs and noticed……
