The beach was close and beautiful.The pool was enjoyed by everyone.The two levels were perfect for the four families and the home was all stocked.We utilized the golf cart option and that was nice.Overall, we were very happy and enjoyed our time! "Gorgeous home in an incredible location! Elegance and comfort came together perfectly for an unforgettable beach getaway. Every detail — from the bedrooms and bathrooms to the outdoor spaces — was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed. The home was ideal for multiple families and couples, while also being extremely kid-friendly. With 12 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, it truly felt like we had our own private resort.Each level featured its own outdoor lounge area with stunning views of the palm trees, pool, and beach just across the street. Beyond the soft white sand beach steps away, the indoor entertainment was amazing: ping pong, sauna, pool table, air hockey, arcade games, movies, board games, and even a small gym kept everyone entertained.The large heated saltwater pool and enormous jacuzzi were a huge hit with our group. Service and communication from the hosts were top-notch — we truly couldn’t have asked for more.We hosted our annual family reunion here with over 29 people, including six seniors and several children, and it was by far the best reunion house we’ve ever rented. The elevator was especially appreciated by our grandparents, who loved not having to climb stairs.The furniture and finishes throughout the home were incredibly high-end, and the location simply couldn’t be better. Fantastic hosts, fantastic house, fantastic beach — everything was absolutely wonderful. We’re already planning our return for next year’s reunion!"

"Excellent and friendly communication from host! House was amazing and as close to a beachfront property as you could get without actually being beachfront. House came with tons of beach materials to use (6 beach chairs, wagon,etc). Location is within walking distance of 3 good lunch spots and very short drive to some excellent restaurants. Will likely book again in the future if returning to St Petersburg/Indian Rocks Area."

"We loved this property! It was perfect for our large group of 28 people. We could walk to the beach, hang out on the roof, or spend time in smaller groups in separate rooms. The space seemed unlimited in this house. Anything we could have needed for the kitchen was already there so we were able to make our own meals. Cleanliness was next level in a house like this, nothing was out of place. Bedding was great, so comfortable. Host was very attentive, answered any questions and offered services if needed. Highly recommend this property!"

"The host was a bit difficult to reach when I had a question, but a week later we finally got in touch. The location is a short walk to the beach and had all the beach items that we needed. There were a lot of clean bath towels which was good. We were on the ground floor of the unit and could hear everyone upstairs, coming and going which was a bit disappointing. The house itself was cute but no storage whatsoever. There was no dresser or nightstands with drawers but had a trundle bed in the master that had 3 drawers but couldn’t use them because they wouldn’t pull open all the way and the inside of the drawers were covered in dust and hair, so would of had to clean them if were able to use them. We had to live out of suitcases for a week. There is no storage cabinets in the kitchen for any food items, so we had to leave whatever food we bought sitting on a countertop. And if you cooked a meal, you would either have to sit outside where there was a table and share it with the tenants upstairs, or hold your plate on your lap. The bathroom also had no storage for except a small little table that you had to pile everything on. Overall, the stay was fine, but could use a good deep cleaning. Probably wouldn’t rent again."

"Smelled moldy, ac unit had dirty filters and what looked like mold inside, rattled like crazy, so loud. Tons of stains under the sheets, stained extra sheet, no extra blankets for the pull out, pull out was more like a futon in a college dorm, no access when we got there, windows didn't open, no fire exit. Coffee pot wasn't a normal coffee pot, dark and sad honestly. But...Close to the beach. Wouldn't stay here again"
