"The hotel is about 7-10min walk from the metro station. Groceries and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is small (but not as small as those in downtown Japan), especially the shower tub. The basic room clean-up (i.e. trash clean-up) had to be reminded twice. Those 5 elevators are effecient and fast to accommodate numerous hotel guests. The staff at receiption were efficient to handle check-ins. Room rate is a bit over. But given the location and the cleaniness, the alternative in that area is limited."

"No regular house keeping but can book via whatsapp or call, house keeping is very thorough, and refilled all of the essentials. Reception replies very quickly through whatsapp and is very helpful. The location is ok convenient, located in a residential part, has a cheap supermarket Netto just around the corner, and a 10 to 15 mins walk to the østerport station. Air con is really strong, kitchen facilities are excellent but quite old esp the exhaust fan. A lot kitchen utensils available. Quite spacious, balcony is quite nice, but can hear train noises at night, bit disturbing."
