“Very old hotel, some parts in better condition than others. Very ornate decor, almost Gothic, everything dark. Our room was painted in grey and black and felt claustrophic. The shower was good but the sink plug kept stopping up unless held open. The hall to our room smelled of damp. Staff are friendly but they need more people - it's quite a casual approach here. The best thing is that the hotel is centrally located. I would avoid staying here again.”

“Pool hours seemed to randomly just change and after dinner it was closed to clean which is when everyone wants to swim. It would be nice if it was open to everyone until 9 and then 9-10pm adults only. Your coffee maker is behind the breakfast area which made it hard to get a coffee without a coffee maker in the room. Would have been nice to access it”

“Free parking included with the stay, clean rooms, staff are friendly on site. Air conditioning in rooms. I would recommend cleaning the interior of the AC as the one in our room had a bit of a smell to it. It was manageable and other than that we had no problems at all. It was easy for a one night stay and everything was tidy and clean. No issues, very affordable compared to other stays”

“The location and set up was perfect for a relaxing hideaway, close enough to drive to other amenities if wanted (water activities, sightseeing or restaurants). The addition of a new sauna to the hot tub and swimming will be great for the cooler months. The RV has everything you need for cooking, perfect size for 2-4 pers. The prices for additional items such as charcoal was very reasonable and the host were very accommodating with any additional needs. Recommend you ask for a quick overview of……
