“the house was so very very comfortable and large enough to house 16 of our family. it was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need and the host was very responsive and wonderful to work with. we had a family float trip and was only a few miles from the resort. “I cannot say enough good things about this property. If quiet and beauty is what you are looking for it's here. Its about 15-20 minutes either way. There is a road next to it but we didn't see a lot of traffic. We unfortunately got rained out and had to leave early so didn't get to emjoy it more. Heidi waa very helpful and understanding about this and even though she was at a family function she took the time to answer my questions. Very sweet and friendly lady. We are already planning a trip……

“We had such a wonderful four days at the cabin. Our neighborhood goes crazy on the Fourth of July. This was a great escape for us - some fireworks nearby but much more manageable for us. It’s off a gravel drive with very friendly neighbors. Our pups all loved to run the land and hang out on the wraparound porch. The property is as described and was perfect for our small group. My husband and I took our dogs on a great hike to Hughes Mountain in nearby Leadville. We would stay here again. ”

“I am from the area originally, being in the military, going home to visit we’re always stuck with family but having something like this is nice since there are no hotels in the area. The only thing I’d recommend is a map to find things like the dumpster- and maybe to find the cabins, anyone not from the area would have difficulty. It’s quiet and I got a few pictures of wildlife up by the cabins which was really cool. Wi-Fi/service is really spotty (but that’s in Owensville as a whole). Looking……
