Loved this hotel find right by the lower river. It was quaint with a nice vibe in the main lobby that had a bar and tables outside to enjoy the view.

Great property and very clean!

This place is located at a very quiet but within a walking distance of everything needed for you to stay. Except the Falls. Fall is a 15 minute ride (8 miles). The room was absolutely perfect for what I paid. The stairs and hallway can use a little upgrade of carpet but hey you are not sleeping in the hallway. Again rooms and bathrooms are up to the standard of any franchise hotel you may stay. The breakfast was awesome and plenty. No hot breakfast except Boiled eggs but plenty of other choices....

This property surpassed our expectations. Very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was available. The available snacks and drinks were a fantastic touch. The house has been preserved beautifully. The outside yard/patio space and front porch were covered and perfect for relaxing. By far one of my favorite stays amongst my travels. Highly recommend.

I loved this hotel. It's small, quiet and beautiful. The common areas are lovely for hanging out. Our room had a gas fireplace and so we were able to make it nice and cozy despite the cold. The bed was super comfy. The staff were friendly and spoke highly of the owners. The owner communicated directly with me via text. I want to go back to Buffalo, just to stay at this hotel again.

Cute historic hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was spacious and had nice amenities. It could have used more lights and a small table for comfort though. It had a view of the rapids which was lovely. Location was the biggest perk. You could easily walk to Goat Island and all the lookouts on the American Falls side. The restaurant was also convenient; dinner was okay but the breakfast was good. The entire hotel staff was pleasant and very accommodating.

This is a beautiful hotel. Our king suite was so very nice. Having a top rated restaurant right there was amazing and the breakfast next morning was delicious and well stocked. I can't wait to visit again and take some other family members. My husband said he would drive the 3 hours from where we live just to stay at the hotel and dine at Russells. That is saying something because he is not a traveler. The Christmas decorations were so very festive. We were there for a wake and memorial service...

The hotel and breakfast were good; the service was exceptional! They went above and beyond to help me. I needed a windshield wiper replaced and could not do it myself; the person happily came out and assisted me. This was much needed as the dreary weather would have been treacherous without properly working wipers.

everything was absolutely perfect. The restaurant is incredible. Room service was top-notch. We did not even want to leave!

We had a wonderful stay at The Mansion! Loved it! The staff call themselves "Butlers" and are so nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. It is a really special place to stay!

New and clean

I grew up in the area but had never been to the inn before. The room was nice, simple, very clean. The bed was comfortable for me and my teenaged daughter. The grounds are pretty. There was a pool which looked very nice but we didn't have time to enjoy it. My only (MINOR) dislike was that it would have been nice to have a no service needed magnet or sign to put on the door. This hotel is spacious, clean, reasonably priced, conveniently located and has everything you need! The pool is clean and staff is friendly and attentive. Great value

Great property, clean rooms and friendly staff.

I loved the comfort inn staff was friendly breakfast was hot and good everywhere was clean and was not dirty the rooms were clean not dirty they smelled fresh walking into them I would remand anyone to stay here .

As always the service was awesome. I arrived extremely early (10:30 am) asked if i could get an eatly check in. Well she didn't have a room at that time understandable but she called housekeeping and they got my room ready and i was able to check in by 12:30 pm.
