“This hotel wasn't the nicest hotel we stayed at, but would stay at again. It was clean but definitely not the most up-to-date hotel. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only real complaint I have would be that the hot tub had so much chlorine in it, that we couldn't even sit in it because it burned our eyes so bad.”

“We wanted a budget-friendly place to stay in Mason that was clean, had cold A/C, and included breakfast, and this was exactly that! The building could use some updates, and the gym was limited with a few machines not working. The common areas and elevator weren’t well air-conditioned. However, our room was clean, and once we turned on the A/C, it was incredibly POWERFUL. Housekeeping refreshed towels, emptied trash, and restocked toiletries daily. “I was very disappointed with the condition of this hotel room. The carpet was heavily stained and visibly dirty, making it look like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. There were also dirt stains on the walls, which made the room feel neglected and poorly maintained. On top of that, the room had a strong mildew odor that made it feel damp and unclean from the moment I walked in. Overall, the cleanliness was far below what I expected, and it made my stay very uncomfortable. I expect……

“This was my second time to stay at the Tru in Milord, OH. The room felt clean and I love the scent of their lemon hand soap and body wash. I'm not a huge fan of their offerings for breakfast, but you can find something that you like well enough. I will continue to choose this hotel when I'm in town.”
