Search and Rent Loudoun County Condos

"It was 100 degrees in DC the day I arrived. They didn't turn the AC on even though they left 1/2 hour before our arrival time. It took hours to get the apt cool. I texted the owner but didn't hear back until the next day.There was mold in both showers, hair in both sinks and on the toilet and some on the wall. There was old urine on the toilet seat. The showers were dirty. Some towels were stained so we didn't know if they were washed. The soaps in the showers were empty. The rugs were...

"The place was very cozy with lots of special touches. The host had included several amenities in case we had forgotten anything at home. The coffee bar was excellent! The unit was conveniently located and we were able to walk to the grocery store and the metro link. We even had some trouble getting on the wifi so I contacted the host and the issue was resolved within a short amount of time."

The description did not mention that the washer/dryer, refrigerator and bathroom were in a common area that was accessible by the upstairs tenants, although the bathroom was lockable. To get to the front door from the outside, you have to go behind the townhomes through the common access area which was grass/dirt and not lighted. The washer/dry was in use by the upstairs tenants after 11:00...
