“We stayed here for one night with our family on our way to Florida, and it was the perfect stop. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The resort is beautiful and does a fantastic job catering to families. There were fun activities and treats for kids throughout the day, which made our short stay feel extra special. “Breakfast was very limited. Could not find any juice. No instant oatmeal, only instant grits. One children's cereal offering. Took a slightly old banana.”

“Hidden fees dirty rooms”

“The staff was courteous and the lobby was clean. There is free parking. Great location to sites. The hotel has no elevators, and the hallway carpet was visibly dirty. Our first room had an unpleasant odor. The front desk kindly moved us to another room, and offered us cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves. After driving hours through a Tropical Storm with six hours of travel ahead, and it was the middle of the night, so we stayed. The second room had stained bedding, hair in the bathtub,……
