“The front desk staff is the only reason I rated more than 1 star. Hear me out, this place is definitely not a place to stay for more than a night. We did to break up the drive to st pete from Atlanta and to visit Madison Blue Springs, this was the closest place to the park. The area it is in is very rundown. if you’re traveling with kids or just women definitely skip it’s mostly construction crews that work out of town and are staying for work, the very drunk man outside was sure to let us know.……

“Camper was very clean and located conveniently to Madison Springs and the Withlacoochee River. Host was responsive and available. There is nature all around, however trucks from nearby road can be heard. For the elderly and small pets, steps to the camper may be difficult to climb. ”

“The woman that checked us in was a pleasure! She was very helpful. The hotel was quiet and bed comfortable . But - coffee maker in room didn’t work and there was something sticky gross on the wall. Housekeeping could have cleaned it. Breakfast was just coffee and a danish. 🙁”

“The night clerk was willing to accept the price for the room as it was on Expedia, however the price was $80. The night clerk explained he was not making money from a $38 rate. The room was nice and cleaned but the area outside could be cleaned up since a section of the hotel is for weekly rentals.”

“Everything was clean, family friendly.Didnt like plastic mattress cover, and couldnt get the upstairs tv to work. Frying pans need replaced. Other than those easy fixes, things were comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there.”
