“There were bugs in the room and the towels were stained. Staff was kind, at least the two ladies I spoke to in the office were. Also, there is not a breakfast included, it's bagels and coffee or juice.”

“The Staff was very pleasant. He had a smile on his face the whole time we checked in. ”

“We enjoyed this stay so much! The Hosts were AMAZING! This was a trip to Relax and getaway with my daughter and husband. We love the property so much. A slice of paradise in the country, Very close to Madison Blue Springs. We were more impressed with this property and the Kayak trip than the springs themselves. 10/10 recommend staying here! The Nicest and most Hospitable people!!!! Just book your stay with them”

“The night clerk was willing to accept the price for the room as it was on Expedia, however the price was $80. The night clerk explained he was not making money from a $38 rate. The room was nice and cleaned but the area outside could be cleaned up since a section of the hotel is for weekly rentals.”

“We had an excellent stay and the house had everything we needed. The only complaints we have is several of the lights didn’t work like the porch light to the steps to the vehicle, the shower curtain was torn in the second bathroom, and the mattresses were very firm and hard to sleep on. But even with those things we would still stay there again. It was clean and a beautiful location on the lake.”

“It is a great place and the perfect floor plan for a large family or group. I loved how the rooms were set up even the two master suites. But you may want to make sure to bring an umbrella for the dock because there isn’t any shade and that dock gets extremely hot so must have shoes on. Always remember to leave a place better than you found it. ”

“Great little place to spend the weekend while visiting Madison.”

“We loved our stay. It was perfect for our needs. The place is clean and well kept. Property management responds quickly to questions. Super friendly and helpful!!”

“This is a awesome place to stay relaxing and very comfortable we have stayed there 3 years in a row for week at a time and plan to come back many more. Very nice porch and dock right on the lake.”

“Everything was clean, family friendly.Didnt like plastic mattress cover, and couldnt get the upstairs tv to work. Frying pans need replaced. Other than those easy fixes, things were comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there.”
