"Its not the property’s fault but the seaweed was awful. The whole reason people book is to have beach access. The offer to shuttle to another nearby beach was inadequate. The hotel should have offered to reimburse for cost of chair rentals, etc. Really disappointed in the lack of effort to make this ..."
