“We did not use the pool and spa. Several minor issues reduced our overall rating from a five to a four. The minor issues were: the bathtub drain stopper got stuck in the closed position; we were told not to use the garbage disposal; the front door handle was loose and caused a temporary lockout, the dishwasher was not anchored properly; there was a missing slap in the vertical blinds;and while there was adequate silverware, there were no serving utensils.”

“It is not the property they offered me and I have a claim made with Expedia to be refunded for what they charged me because it is completely different from what I hired. I'm waiting for the communication from Expedia to end this matter.”
