“Our room smelled strongly of cigarettes. I was double charged by the property and have struggled for over a week to get a manager to call me back to process the refund. Most of the time my calls aren’t even answered. My experience has turned from disappointment in the quality of the hotel to absolute frustration at the customer service.”

The downside is the water. They are on a well so the water has a sulfur smell. Due to the sulfur smell we cut our stay short but the staff was understanding and accommodating.”

During our stay the BBQ quit working and within a few hours the owner was back with a brand new BBQ and built it the same day. This place is centrally located to many different places we visited - Volo Museum, Six Fiags, Hurricane Harbour waterpark, Lake GenevaWe travelled with 2 teen and 2 adults. It worked for us.
