“This was nearly perfect. I traveled around the world, and as a Cameroonian/American, the Caribbean feels like my second home; I love traveling. Saint Lucia captured my heart and attention, mainly because of the excellent staff—very professional, kind, and respectful. From activities, food, logistics, housekeeping, services, to transportation, everything was top-notch. Abdulla, the preferred manager, went above and beyond to accommodate us; he was very professional and made sure everything was……

“Friendly staff”

“The actual island and property is beautiful itself. But the staff and service is HORRIBLE!!! The food was fine depending on the day . I waited 5hours for a blow dryer . Our cleaning lady didn’t show up for a day , even after I called the front desk . No one greeted you . It was one staff member that was really nice in the dining room . We waited for over 1hr just to get in to the room ..”

“Excellent customer service from rotania at check in and Brandon at the beach services”

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“Amazing stay with the sweetest staff.”

“The front desk service was excellent and welcoming”

“The staff at the hotel were excellent! Always ready and willing to assist! 10/10. The food was also excellent and Chef Cameron was very accommodating. Special mention to Tara, Eloise and Charles. The facility however is in dire need of repair and does not appear to be in pristine condition as shown online. We did not have hot water, the toilet leaked and there were ants everywhere. Once maintained, it would be a decent stay.”

“Staff were ALWAYS friendly and accessible The experience was awesome”

“Very unique place with a friendly staff. Let us chose between multiple rooms. Breakfast was unfortunately not good.”

“I liked the appearance of the hotel it was beautiful and very clean. Although i will say the hotel is a place for a couple to go to be secluded and not leave the resort because it is very far from the rest of the activities offered in the country. The food was also very good. I enjoyed my stay other than that”

“Had an awesome time”

“We had a wonderful one night at this hotel despite a massive rain storm coming through st Lucia that evening. The hotel can be found”

“Great location, you can visit the shopping center nearby and some food restaurant you can choose. ”
