“Enjoyed our stay. I was really exciting to go to this Hotel. After being there to be Truthful the Room was plain nothing fancy. Main gathering room was redecorated with all alcohol ( Whiskey) glass bottles in the cabinet. Where’s the beautifulness of room decorating. Very expensive for a Hotel for prices. Rate this Hotel 3. “We really enjoyed our first time stay at Pier B! We used the pool, hot tub, restaurant for breakfast and fitness area. All were in great condition as were the rooms. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly. We would definitely stay there again! The only way it could have been remotely better was to have spa robes in the rooms for a truly “resort” feel when going to the aquatics areas.”

"Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad. This is a really bad experience. "
