"The condition of Room 203 in Ash&9th (San Diego), where I booked Dec 1st to 6th and actually stayed on Dec 1st to 5th, was problematic. Specifically: * The heater did not function properly — it was not warm, made loud noises, and was difficult to turn on. * The drawer slid out by itself unexpectedly, which was frightening. It was then fixed by tightening it shut, making it unusable.
