"My large family and friend group stayed at The Convent for a wedding. It was the perfect home base for all our wedding preparations! We had lots of room for floral arranging, group meals, relaxing and catching up. The bedrooms were very spacious, and the young adults enjoyed their loft area on the third floor. Greg, the owner, was very accommodating about checkin/out times and was great with communication. The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed watching the adorable preschoolers next door while they tended to their chickens out back! Easy highway access was a big plus. Definitely an older building with work still in progress, but we could tell it was being lovingly restored and was so beautiful and full of light. Great stay, and would definitely stay again!"

"My wife and I and our adult son and daughter had a great time here, spending two nights; we would have happily stayed longer if our schedule allowed. The bedrooms are large and the living spaces even larger! Lots of toys for young kids as well as some games. The bid red sofa was so comfortable, and the huge tv made for a great movie night. We appreciated the Christmas tree that made the living room feel festive.The kitchenette was limited, but perfectly fine for us (fridge, microwave, toaster, and sink, plus a coffee bar nearby). The bathroom had a remarkably large shower with 3 shower heads…good pressure and spray on the one I used, and water was plenty hot.We enjoyed the architectural charm of the mansion. The third floor was clean, spacious, and welcoming. The grounds were grand and the property is something special."
