“Beautiful view from property. Super clean room and surroundings. Quiet. Staff available at all times. Asked for towels and coffee pods one morning and returned to room at 9:30pm to find these were not delivered. Called the # provided for after hours and these items were delivered in 3 minutes with sincere apologies and kindness. We will stay here again next time we visit Maine.”

“Nice renovation from the Quality Inn I was told it used to be. Beautiful bar, Hearth and Vine, loved the local artwork all over the hotel. Room was clean and staff members were very nice and welcoming.”

“Easy access from highway, and there were plenty of parking spaces. Staff member was friendly and sign in was quick and easy. The room and bathroom were both clean. Sheets pillow cases blankets and towels were also clean. The heater-air conditioning unit was quiet, but difficult to regulate. After cooling down the room I turned it off for the night. No elevator, so I had to trudge up two lifts of stairs to get to my room on the 2nd floor. Overall a decent place to stay.”

When we arrived Friday, we didn’t immediately notice the issues, but by the next day we found leftover food in the refrigerator that clearly was not ours, including a spilled milkshake that had not been cleaned up. The toilet was also not clean, and the area underneath the bathroom sink was extremely dirty. I brought these concerns to the staff’s attention and showed them photos.
