“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“Remodeling and the rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. Need a different brand of coffee.”

“The room was very clean, but the furniture and fabrics were dated. The A/C was undependable; at times we were appreciating the thick quilted cover, and at other times we were cooking!”

“Room was clean but the lighting was not good. Could not read without putting something close to the light..... Hard to plan the next day with such bad lighting.. Breakfast was OK...... room layout was strange... had to walk a LONG way to find the ice machine....”

“The room was dated and the walls and tub were stained. The room needed to be updated. The breakfast was not what I thought it would be. The Jacuzzi was very relaxing. I will probably be back. Thank you”
