"Overall clean property. Hot breakfast and enough parking space. Personally the shuttle to and from the airport is a plus. The fact it's also the RTA is so close to the property is also great."

"I want a refund ! We 1st got there and the room smelled like wet dog, we found bugs in our clean towels, then i seen a bug on our bed as well, and the next morning upon pack we found a grown bed bug (dead) under the table where you eat. The staff did give us spray for the smell and brought clean towels. But i haven't heard from management at all regarding the bed bug situation, i couldn't sleep all night because i was worried about taking home bugs. And i thought there was complimentary breakfast, that was nowhere to be found. The chemicals in the pool and hot tub were kind of unbearable. "

"Can't beat the location. Right across from Progressive field, and Rocket Arena. So close to the Arcade. Rooms are awesome. Staff is great. 10/10 "

"Great staff. Nice bar. Had to switch rooms mid-stay due to a plumbing issue but I was comped the cost of parking for the trouble so that was nice. TV in room was kind of lame. Should upgrade to Smart TVs with casting capabilities"

"We enjoyed our stay at the21c hotel. It was convenient for our downtown cinci activities. Parking is always a bit tricky in the city. I used spot hero for an overnight parking selection and felt comfortable with this choice. The hotel rooms were pleasant, clean and modern. Not having an ice machine available was a bit inconvenient but ice was retrieved from the attached restaurant. Overall, I would stay here again."

"The rooms look clean. But when you really look, they are not. The sheets on the beds are so stretched out they won't stay on The best part of this hotel, is Moce, the restaurant. The girls are the best and sweetest. I find the desk clerks rude and disrespectful. When you are there for a sick loved one, you need compassion and not sarcasm."
