“The property was empty. No other guests. We left snorkel gear by the pool, and it was stolen. The receptionist made no attempt to even ask anyone about it when we told her. Service is non-existent. No paper in the washrooms. No one cleans dirty dishes by the pool. Host in the restaurant lying down while talking to guests, no attempt at any service. The food was good (after having to wait for an hour). Reception closes at certain hours without any warning (where the pool towels are). ……

No robes no ironing board and pubic hairs on the toilet and floor Called customer service was asked to send pictures I did and nothing else no im sorry no consessions...the bench and the end of the bed was dirty as well as the platform on the sides of the bed and bedroom flood.i wiped my hands across them and dirt was in my hands. Bench on balcony had yup you guessed it more pubic hairs. The phone in the room cord had a short .Noone offered to repair. What a very non……

“The receptionist was friendly yet professional. The room spacious, comfortable and cool. Love the location of the property on the beautiful white sand beach (we did not have to cross the road to get to the beach). The continental breakfast was appreciated: fruit or juice with pastry included in the price. You could order breakfast and get a $5.00 discount. The beach being the main attraction was clean and there were lounge chairs provided along with beach towels. We loved the sea then rinsed……
