Search and Rent Pacifica Condos

"There is a serious parking problem. An excellent restaurant is on the same property and all spaces are taken by restaurant guests in the evening. I rented the night so that I could attend an event in Pacifica. When I came home at 8 pm all spaces were full. I waited for someone to leave the restaurant and parked downhill from the motel. I was told lots of spaces would open up later. Actually there are 4 handicapped spaces that are clearly labeled as having $250 fines if anyone parks there without a handicapped sign hanging in their car. There are also 4 electric charging spaces where you cannot park without an electric car. These were all empty in the morning but there was no tenant space for me to move my car from the restaurant. If there are no tenants that are handicapped or need to charge a car, there should a way for people paying to stay in the motel to display their permission to park. I believe in these parking services, but they have taken 8 spaces formerly for guests, making guest parking unavailable for at least half of the guests in my wing just because the special spaces are not needed. And why do restaurant guests have the privilege of taking any place they want, even if they are not handicapped or charging their car? Also there was no desk clerk available by phone, email, or in person for unexplained lengths of time. I really liked the motel until the practical needs became unavailable."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were happy with our choice. Pros: Great location for exploring the Wharf And Ghirardelli Square. Clean establishment. Good for families. Lots of great cafes/restaurants nearby. Several game options in downstairs lobby. Cons: No restaurant on site and the food they have for grab n go wasn’t fresh. Rooms on the backside of the building have a view of a crusty alley (for a week, we stared at a silk shirt and shoe that had been tossed on the roof of the neighboring building’s dumpster enclosure) and that same alley can get noisy. "
