“Make sure you don’t mess up on your dates. They will not refund you even if you reach out weeks ahead and when you arrive that you will be leaving early. Even a day early. The balconies are slim and can’t put a chair straight on the 6th floor but the view is incredible. It has character due to its age but they are updating it. Pool is not heated and whirlpool is mediocre. But the benefits of the area outweigh all the negative. Have stayed here multiple times without any problems. Lots of fun……

“We loved our stay here! It was clean, beautiful, and quiet. My husband and I and our 4 children (ages 2-11) fit comfortably. I was worried about the noise reviews but it was quiet despite them being completely booked. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much. Staff was friendly, grounds were clean. There was an option to get our placed cleaned once during our 3 night stay but couldn't fit into their scheduled, so it didn't happen but that was okay. Easy walk to the beach, lots of pool and sand……

Excellent location across a busy street from a beautiful beach with a shady gazebo to sit in and next to a jet ski rental! Anna Maria Free Shuttle takes you up and down the island and runs every 20 minutes, with a stop very close by. Walking distance to the "Bridge Street" shopping and dining block!”

“I booked this property for a girls/moms weekend away and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The apartment was clean, cold, comfortable and well stocked for all of our needs. While we didn’t cook in the apartment we had everything we needed in the kitchen- and the refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water was definitely a plus for us! the beds were extremely comfortable- but I do want to note that you could hear everyone walking by or waiting for the elevator in the room nearest the……

“The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. We did enjoy a great meal……
