“We were told that there were quite a few things included in the stay that we quickly found out were broken. We bought food to put in the fridge (that the listing said the unit had) only to find out it was frozen over and covered in mold. We alerted the host of this and he only responded that he could call housekeeping. He never responded to our issue of losing the food we purchased. There was also a beach umbrella in the unit that was completely broken so we were forced to rent one for the week.……

“Terrible experience. The place was extremely dirty and had many cockroaches. The bed sheets had clearly been used by previous guests and had not been changed. There were no clean sheets available to replace them. I felt completely ripped off. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend it at all.”

“Coconuts was a beautifully kept property. Our unit was newly renovated and steps from the beach. Pool was clean and usually empty, very well kept. I understand the need for the door alarm given the proximity to the pool but the outside switch would never shut it off if you entered that way. My only complaints would be that the bedroom was very hot and the AC couldn’t keep up. There was a drastic difference in temperature between the living room and bedroom. “Great view of the beach and could watch sunset right from balcony, host was awesome, she gave all.kinds of suggestions and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would recommend this unit to anyone. They have beach supplies so you dont have to buy any of that. Longboat was very beautiful area.”

“Perfect place for a long weekend stay at the beach for two. Super clean room with nice amenities both inside and at the property itself. The property has two pools, and provides beach lounge chairs for guests free of charge and already handy out at the beach. There are charcoal grills, washers and dryers for guests who don’t have them in their units, as well as a boat dock on the bay side of the property. Our only negatives were the bed being too firm for our liking, as well as bright outside……
