“Parking was a bummer but everything else was great!”

“This is a really old property that is in need of some renovation. Lobby is nice but rooms are awful. My daughter's first room reeked of cigarette smoke. Our room smelled awful also but not of cigarette smoke. Wall paper is starting to peel off bottom edges of walls. Possible mildew. If you just want a place to sleep for the night then bearable but I wouldn't plan on staying longer.”

“We had stayed here before and enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean. It wasn't fancy but it was a good little place to stay. To our surprise, they have had a makeover since our last trip. Everything is new and beautiful. Still the same super friendly and helpful staff but now the facility matches the hospitality. Very clean, nice hotel. Staff got us checked in fast and was very nice. The breakfast is great, we didn't get a chance to swim in the pool……

“Parking is limited in front and on the sides. Room in rear but cant use the door or it's broken. Have to walk around and the sidewalk doesn't go all the way around. Very inconvenient. No room service but has a bar? New clean place and rooms. But the elevators doors and panels are not wiped along the top. Was same prior visit a month ago. Over all great place with free breakfast”

“The outside halls and sidewalks was dirty. They need to use a leaf blower and blow off all the dust and dirt. After seeing the outside I was pleasantly surprised to see the room clean. I would stay here again if I’m in the area”

“We loved our stay at the General Morgan Inn. We came in on a Sunday and we were one of a few guests in the hotel that evening, which was kind of nice. I will say, nothing was open in the hotel that night, so we didn't get to enjoy anything besides our room and breakfast the next morning. We did enjoy walking up to the outdoor patio in the evening and just standing around looking at the view of the city. Would 100% recommend this place! ”

“The first room I was given had a LARGE spider that greated me in the bathroom! I requested another room and thankfully was given one. The convenience store area at the front desk needs replenished and maintained. The most disappointing was the free "breakfast." The buffet was very slim. Few choices. No pastries or waffles - but for some reason waffle syrup and strawberry topping were available! Scrambled eggs, steamed patty sausage and a few hard/dry biscuits. Juice was watered down and only……
