“My wife and I were going to book one of the local tours related to the Amish. We decided that we would wait until we checked in so that we could ask the staff at the hotel what they would recommend. Amazingly, the clerk said that the tour leaves right from the hotel and booked us on it for a time that was convenient for us. “The stay was overall positive. Check-in was fine and I was attended by a gentleman who was very helpful. There was another gentleman who had poked his head from out of the back room (behind the counter) just to greet me which was nice. I asked for a late checkout and had no issue. During checkout is where there was a bit of a shift from the attitude that had been received up to that point. I was attended by lady who's demeanor was somewhat muted which really isn't an issue per se. Different, but……
