“I liked this room, though I had specifically booked room 302 with a hill view and first ended up in a room with a parking lot view. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me. Rooms 302 and 304 have south (hill views) and 302 also has a view east, though the dumpster on that side gets used noisily in the early morning or late at night. The courtyard outside seems to be a gathering place……

“I've booked two room but one of the room has not yet cleaned, therefore, we have cancelled one of the room at very late at night which make us feeling up sad.”

“Beautiful area and property. Amazing games and shared areas. Teens loved to play pool and shuffleboard and the little one loved the arcade room. Great spot for families. Really unfortunate that the hot tub was closed while we were there. Pool is small. Unfortunately the wifi was inconsistent and downright terrible some nights, and the cable TV almost never worked. Was frustrating but we got there late most nights so not a big deal. Overall a great place to stay.”

“My wife and I visited in the summer. It’s a great location if you’re like us and enjoy leaving the car parked after exploring the parks etc. It was pretty clean; for sure the floors need a thorough mopping. Everything else was good. Excellent sized condo, good layout etc.”

“Chelsea’s condo was clean and tastefully decorated. It is conveniently located, steps to the ski bus line. Chelsea is also a responsive host, which I appreciated.In her binder of information (unless the contents were revised since the time of this review) she asked to be notified of any concerns/needs to ensure a 5-star review.However, there were a couple of factors that warrant the rating in this review, and that could not have been remedied on short notice. For example, the silverware provided……

“Excellent stay. In the heart of Sun City with easy access to restaurants. Room large and very comfortable. Highly recommend.”

“The location is perfect with only a few steps to the bus stop, as parking at the ski resort requires reservations and costs 28 a day if the car has less than four people in it; parking is free with no reservations after 1pm.The room is a short distance to the hot tub, which was perfect after a long day of skiing, but they keep it pretty hot, so after 20 minutes of soaking, we were cooked.A few things could have been provided to make this location more convenient like a kitchen spatula, more……

“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”
