“The cabin was not prepared and cleaned upon arriving. The air conditioner in the living room did not blow cold air, with the unit set on high, barely any air come out the vents. The back door was held close with a shoe string. This Home reminds me of what you would see in a trailer park. The host did refund me my cleaning fee. Vrbo also took care of me also. The pictures that are listed on the listing do not do justice to what it actually is there. I was highly disappointed on this trip. Lesson……

“We chose this location for a fishing trip because the home is situated on a beautiful 1,300-acre lake. While the interior was clean and comfortable, the property overall seemed a bit neglected, with items scattered around outside. The house itself is on the smaller side which is fine, but may be slightly overpriced for what it offers.Additionally the 200 cleaning fee felt excessive—especially considering the length of stay, the size of the home and us cleaning up after ourselves. “We had a great two-day stay in Little Rock. The cottage was super clean, tidy, and perfect for what we needed. Everything was provided, from kitchenware to a very functional bathroom. The blow dryer was a nice bonus, and the heated bathroom along with the AC worked perfectly during our stay.The full-size bed was doable, though a queen size would have been a bit more comfortable, but we still slept really well because the area was so quiet and private.
