“Great location, quiet and convenient to Petite Jean State Park. Comfortable with everything needed for our three night stay. Took the host's advice and made sure we brought all the food we needed to prepare all our meals. The kitchen was nicely supplied with a good variety of pots, pans and utensils for meal preparation . Would definitely book another stay here. ”

“Do Not stay here. Host forgot to have property cleaned prior to or arrival. The dishes the sink had been sitting a week and stunk. The bed wasn’t made, towels on the floor. I called, text and messaged owner. No response. I called again after 40 minutes and he answered. Promised to send some over to clean. They never showed up. We couldn’t stay there and had to go drive 30 min to Morrilton to get a hotel. I complained to Vrbo because they should refund we were unable to stay on party. Still...

While the interior was clean and comfortable, the property overall seemed a bit neglected, with items scattered around outside. “We absolutely loved our two week stay. The hosts were so accommodating and communicated promptly to any questions we had. The cabin was spotless, well-stocked, comfy, and beautiful. We had a gorgeous view of horses, forest, and plenty of wildlife; deer came up daily. Sitting on the porch watching sunsets was our favorite. Shopping is a bit of a drive but you won’t want to leave anyway. Our granddaughter visited one day and LOVED it! We would recommend this to anyone. It is a true hidden gem.”
